There are others, such as bastionmain, who arguably are more of a thrower but nobody is making a big stink about because 1 top player watched 1 SINGLE clip where Sleepy threw the match. If you watch his streams, you can tell that yes he isn't going try hard all the time, but he is a good teammate for at least 90% of time. Also, he plays really late in the night, so things can get wacky. Also should we really listen to somebody where the ONLY clips we get are him complaining about the game?

Honestly, the glitch worked in his favor there. He was dead whether or not he ulted because of his shit awareness to enemy cooldowns. The brig boop happened to him mid transform because he was just sitting in the door next to the ledge for fucking AGES, so he was dead with or without it. It was lucky that he got refunded it instead of being booped over the side as Rein (or at least I presume that was the target) since there is no weight difference in this game when it comes to being booped.
Whilst I see where you are coming from, that one is a big. If you hit the corner of the player it just shreds their health. You can kill 600 go in one hoop with it. Sadly that is a bug
