I like to make breakfast with a waffle iron, but in stages, so bacon or ham in the middle to pre cook a bit for 2-3 mins then hash browns around the sides as a fence ( if you like 'em crispy start with the bacon simultaneously ) it helps to compress the hash browns by closing the lid 1 min and then reopen to slide in eggs scrambled or intact for an over easy style egg to your liking...

Hey guys, try sending waffle batter and putting it in a whipper siphon. Then dispense directly into the waffle iron. These make the lightest crispy used waffles you will ever taste.
