A few friends and I did a Damascus run last weekend, and it was the most fun I’ve had on DMZ in a long time. Sure, you just need to complete a mission and extract, but it’s easier said than done. You have to dodge AI cranked up to max difficulty and avoid bloodthirsty players. It’s a tough challenge, but not a bad idea at all Cross!
If you restart you will eventually get to a choke point of missions on Ashika. It is a weird land of mostly spanish speaking players that spend a LOT of time under the map. Good luck with that.

If they are undermap glitching utilize rocks and buildings to move around when in between power plant and castle or stay around residential, beach club, and town center. They can’t get you there. Wait for them to have to come out to either loot or exfil and get the easy kills. It very satisfying when you do this… I promise! The risky area when people are glitching undermap is pretty much a straight line from watertreatment, to port with power plant and castle along that line.
So I got a PS5 not too long ago and decided to start playing DMZ again. I use to play one Xbox 1. At first I was upset that I had to restart my progress on DMZ, but man have the missions been fun. Unfortunately it's not like it used to be, most of the time I have to wipe ashika or there's no point in trying to do the mission.
I have been saying since the beginning they should do wipes every two or three or four months or so complete wipes Even if they don't change the mission to just keep them the same
I’m so glad that you chose to go down the road of doing missions rather than just the usual PvP stuff that you traditionally have done. The PVP stuff is okay but the mission runs that you do are so much more interesting and relatable for a large number of your followers. The interaction with other players makes it even more interesting and fun to watch. The difference is that you have the skills to fight other players if you get into a fight whereas I don’t 😂 GGs Chris and best wishes to you and your Fiancée for the forthcoming wedding 🎉
Finally the penny drops, DMZ was never just about the PvP which is why it's the greatest game mode in the entire Activision world, it's Fun with a capital F because it gives you missions, contracts, upgrades, PvE, PvP and with a proper working chat systems you can not only talk to teammates but the other teams which add another element to your gameplay 🤘
The other day I was trying to spawn in with the the gold fish, dev kit, and bunker 11 card but it kept glitching out so i would run to an exfil avoiding teams. it sucks to lose all the progress. but it makes you search where teams are so you don't run into them but also can make a good position on them if your planning is good.
I thought about doing it the last couple days bring back the real dmz but I don't want to have to redo all the upgrades and guns. It's bad enough as is with some of the crap that goes on and deal with lol if I could reset all factions and missions alone and keep the rest of my progression within a heartbeat I would restart on mission 1
Why not grind the serpentine camo! I think that’s the ultimate gear fear run or the super rare gun screen. I can’t remember what it’s called but you needed three unused building 21 cards and a whole bunch of stuff from ashika… those are two very difficult runs especially in todays DMZ environment
I created a new account just to run all the missions passives ect again believe it or not imo it made it fun again. Like I gotta be careful of my surroundings and exfil or it was all for nothing.

People who get mad about PvP fail to realize the entire point of doing missions is to unlock things that give you the upper hand in PvP
yes. like the uav duration and fast exfil. those both come in clutch when doing pvp. i finally finished my fast exfil last night 😂

@@qx1m there's gas masks, but no scubas. You'd have to hit a gas station, POI like the exposed Zaya dome, or hospitals to find one.
