Does the image stabilization working with canon adapter?
Yes it is.
For some reason when I use this lens on my canon m50 it has a digital vignette. I’m guessing it’s because of my voltrox speed booster but...yet I see vids like this not having problems. Am I missing something?
Viltrox speed booster adapter is only compatible for EF lenses. Sigma 17-50mm is an EF-S lens that you can use for crop sensors like m50, so if you Sigma 17-50mm with viltrox it will introduce some vignetting. You must use canon M adapter for Sigma 17-50mm lens only on canon m50. I hope it help you understanding the difference of the adapters and EF lens vs EF-S lens.
How’s the autofocus?
The lens auto focus is fast. Aside of that, the dual pixel auto focus of m50 is reliable aswell. You can watch also my latest sigma 17-50mm vlog and photo test. On that video you can see the real world capability of this lens. Godbless.

The imaging quality is amazing but the auto focus is freaking annoying on video

Except the sound of autofocus was it the focus good enough? Also did you used speed booster or only the adaptor?
I would say the focus is sharp. But if you use manual focus it's not fully rotating. There is a limit. It you can manually focus enough though.
I just used the canon adaptor.

No, it's not the same. With speed booster you will get more wider field of view. Just like 50mm with canon adapter you will still get 80mm fullframe equivalent because of cropped sensor. But, with speed booster you will get approximately 55-60mm focal length because of the glass on the adaptor. Almost fullframe.
what is the sound during autofocus at 4:30? Is it a lens that noisy?
Yes it is the lens itself when it's focusing. That is why everytime i vlog i use music layer to compensate the noise, especially when I'm talking to the camera.

Yes is the auto focus. It is really loud.
Have You observe any issues with AF on Canon M50?
The AF is actually very fast, i just notice some delay when i used my 50mm lens but not all the time. I guess it is also depends on the lens that you will use.

No, i did not. It's purely canon EF adpator to M mount .

All i know is speedbooster will give vignetting to this set up, because sigma 17-50mm f2.8 is an efs lens. They are not compatible to each other.

So far, for 10 months i don't have any issues like logging or disconnecting issues. Everything is throwing a nice and sharp pictures. Even in my videos.

It's old already.. But still rocking. Hehe. Yeah, it is really good for photography and videos, but it is quite noisy sa pag focus..

Hello there! Yes, Viltrox adapter will work with this lens well, because it is a EF-S Lens.

Parang maganda kuha niyan kesa sa kit lens. Nag try kaba ng low light scenes.? Or under extreme low light para makita natin capacity ng lens nato. Hehe sana upload ka ulit yung sa low light. Thnks pre haha
