Our summer trip to Vendée, France! 🇫🇷 | Saint-Jean-de-Monts 🏝️ |

Bonjour!
The bulk of our trip to France this summer was spent with family over in the west coast of the country, Vendée. It was about a four-hour drive from Paris, where we landed at the Charles de Gaulle international airport. This side of France is a holiday spot for many French and other Europeans. Along the coast are many resorts and campsites for families to stay at and enjoy their summers. The campsite we stayed at, for example, is open from May-September and gets busy around August once all the children are finally off school.
Experiencing the French countryside was very special to us, and we plan on spending more holidays like this with family in this region of France in the future.
