She smartly omitted THE DAY not knowing Trump's itinerary in those days - he could have been out of town or overseas, who knows?! She would have been caught in a lie so she claims amnesia?!? Anyway, "in NYC you could indict a ham-sandwich if the ham came from the red state"!

In a civil case there is no jail time.

I've looked at photos of both Maples and Carroll and that picture doesn't have enough detail to say for certain it isn't Maples. To me. What can confirm that Ms. Carroll is, in fact, present in that photo.
