When I started my career, all the people with the skills of a native English speaker got paid more and got more attention, even if they didn't have any subjective knowledge. Most of the time, they will speak absurdly with an English accent, and people listen to them with so much interest. I was completely fed up with all this drama

I started my career with this only....shuruaat mein I was happy ki ek job lag gayi , itna bada office, inta sab kuch ..but then dheere dheere sab samajh aaya....same cheez bas naye naam se chipkate hai..and here I am trying to figure out my life..and mummy papa ko kaise samjhaye ye baat....unko lagta hai unki beti settled hai ....yahan ek 200 rs ka dress khareed lo to poora mahina kaise kharcha chalega ye sochna padta hai .....but honestly tvf.....really really thanks for choosing this topic atleast.

This is what we South Indians feel. Those who know Hindi get more opportunities and benefits in central government jobs and many other areas than those who studied English and local languages. I'm happy that we don't just rely on government jobs and have created an environment around us beyond that.
This isn’t true. Central Govt encourages the use of Hindi all the time. There is a provision in the Constitution as well to encourage and expand the uses of Hindi everywhere. Non-Hindi speakers are paid by these monitory benefits and bonuses if they qualify Hindi eligibility tests. They are even given one extra increment in their payscale on achieving Hindi knowledge.

The other side of the coin is, only the English-strong Indian demographic can understand being derogatorily called "angrejo ke aulad", "macaulay ke bacche", "angreji ghulami ke maansik rogi", "leftist/librandu", being threatened and mocked and also of course...being told "angreji mat jhaad" even if you don't speak angreji to english weak-vernacular strong guys, but just around them with someone else.
