@3:18 that is a modded PSOne. It is very clear by the extra chip and those wires. It allowed any copy disc or unofficial game disks to play on the system.

I love how common it is to find old PS1s with a modchip that it literally wasn't brought up once here, lol. The PS1 was my first console as a kid, and it was this exact model. Made me tear up a bit seeing it get restored. Thanks. :)
To be honest I don't think this console was repaired, the power light didn't come on when the button was pushed and the video was cut to further in the future and did not show the console while playing the game.

Mas uma coisa que ele fez de errado foi usar WD40. Não se usa em placa eletrônica de vídeo game, tem material próprio pra isso.

I do remember Tarzan game on PS1. It always bothered me that I could not beat the final boss. Not because I didn't have the skill. For some reason there was some invisible wall where I couldn't approach Clayton. I couldn't figure out if I was doing something wrong or was it a glitch in the game. I was like 9 or 10 at the time so I don't think I had the wits to figure it out if it was some kind of other way to get to him. If anyone knows please let me know. I might still have my save progress on my old memory stick LMAO

I agree, and I noticed that the console hadn’t been put back together correctly. He definitely used a different console to play the game.
