please.. please... PLEASE... keep doing what your doing... as a beginner to unreal ive learnt so much from you. to me, though my understanding at this stage is limited... i can see you have a niche, and incredible talent... I would be lost if you stopped working on this/sharing it with the world. Your great at explaining how things work for even me to understand.
Love all the content you’re making! Could you create a tutorial showing how we can take all the amazing things from this project and use apply it to a normal first person or third person project.
I've done videos describing how this technique works in my Advanced Animation Series. Perhaps at a later date I'll do a full course on setting it up from scratch. It's very involved though.
NOTE: A new update was released to help reduce the jittering and to fix the Traversal problem introduced in the last update. I will work on solving the Jittering problem that remains, it's directly related to the Offset Root Bone Rotation. I can't promise I'll be able to resolve it until they have fixed some problems with it in the next update (5.5).
Can you please make a tutorial on how to make it true first person with the guns lined up properly? I would also appreciate if you could show how to add leaning? Could you also show how to hold weapons with right hand and torch in the other? Thankyou.
Bro thanks for the Tutorial but I have a problem. After adjustment I tried the animation and my arm disappeared. How can I fix that? (It only happens when I equip the weapon. The rest is still working.)
If it disappears then likely you are applying it as if it were a Mesh Space additive, but it isn't a Mesh Space Additive. either that or you have it setup as a Mesh Space Additive but your not Applying it as one.

Glad you find it useful.
Thank you! Literally the question I asked on another one of your videos a few hours ago!

You'll have to give me time to get around to that. I still have a lot of work planned for the project and I just took on another job.
Drop that under my Request Channel though so I don't forget. I could still forget though, just letting you know. I stay really really busy.
😮

My rifle is spawned rotated at a 90° angle. I tried rotating it in the animations but it always spawns at the same 90° angle.
Yeah, That's because the orientation of that rifle is different then the ones I used. It's best to just re-import it with a 90 degree rotation.
