Ok so for those who don't know. Mayby they are wearing asian attire. Beacause 'Fukuoka' is a city in south west Japan. So they are dancing Bachata en Fukuoka. That should clear up the ????'s. Let them dance.

Okay....so I am not dissing this number because I love Island Touch, Burju, and Victor, but a Japanese person viewing this might be insulted by their outfits. Fukuoka is in Japan and not China. I am sure Island Touch just wanted a cool outfit to go with the number....just sorta worked out that way.
I will dumb it down for you: I am dancing to a song about Mexico City, Mexico, wearing a Peruvian outfit.
Enough about the costumes!! You should appreciate the dancing more!
