I think Hyunjin admitted in a vlive that he is the leader xD (Also I am not sure if it was Han or Hyunjin as well who said that, but apparently the two of them are permanent members and the third one can change sometimes)
after this vlive stay named these three "paboracha" (it's like... stupidracha) and when they found out there were many discussions on who is in paboracha and who is the leader XD there has been no agreement as far as I am aware but we all know Lee Know, Han and Hyunjiin started it ahaha

If you plan on reacting to Day6, they are very likely to disband since one member already left this week and also when other members return from military service, they are likely to leave JYPE. Because the member who left is already talking about the brand name "Day6" ownership problem and said he had talked with the members and they will still perform as a group. So, it's likely that the other members will also terminate their contract. JYPE probably foreseen this since they debuted "Xdinary Heroes" to cover the Day6 part.
As you said, Jae hasn't "left" the group per se, he said so himself in his Twitch stream yesterday; leaving the company doesn't mean he's left day6. He's just on a break until he deals with things behind the scenes.
Oh, well that's too bad. If they get back together outside of JYPE, I'll treat their Day6 stuff as their own discography still. Hope whatever made them want to leave JYPE will be better with whomever they decide to go with in the future.
