Quest'oggi concludiamo le fasi della semina, con questo nuovissimo rullo Cambridge acquistato dall'azienda stivale nel mese di ottobre. Come attrezzatura questo rullo è l'ultimo arrivato in casa stivale.
Un rullo Cambridge prodotto dall'azienda Ma/Ag, a 3 corpi, con larghezza di lavoro di 4,50 metri.
Inizio la descrizione col dirvi la specialità che questi rulli Cambridge hanno a differenza degli altri che sono lisci
La specialità di questi rulli Cambridge è che a differenza di quegli altri con rullo liscio, essi non crea la crosta battuta sul terreno, quindi non viene causato il compattamemto del terreno, ed impedisce anche al terreno di indurirsi quando ci sono delle piogge consistenti, cosa che invece avviene con il rullo liscio, che quindi quando piove il terreno diventa "cemento".
Tutto questo avviene grazie a dei dischi dentati e ruvidi di questo rullo che girano tutti in modo indipendente a seconda del terreno.
Il rullo come avete visto viene trainato dal John Deere 5720 sempre del team stivale e che avete visto e rivisto più volte qui sul mio canale!!
John Deere 5720 che rulla ad una velocità di circa 7 km/h, in gamma B con la terza velocità.

Come mai passano il rullo dopo la semina?
Da me in Svizzera seminano e poi lo lasciano crescere fino a un po' e poi lo fertilizzano

Di solito si passa il rullo dopo la semina, tranne se il terreno è un po bagnato e quindi si fa crescere un po il grano e poi si rulla

Si passa per far aderire meglio il seme al terreno e per interrare qualche sasso che andrebbe a dare ''fastidio" per la raccolta. Se la terra è umida non è consigliata la rullatura con il rullo cambridge pk sennò poi è difficile staccare la terra invece se è abbastanza asciutto va bene. Se è umida è consigliabile farla con il rullo liscio pk dopo è facile staccarla pk appunto la superficie è liscia. A questo serve rullare.
