Hey Brittany. I'm a college senior and you've responded to my questions in the past, you were very helpful as I got braces right after you did and your videos and comments helped make me realize that they aren't that bad and relatively easy to deal with. That said, I'm sensing that you and I are on parallel tracks as we're both going to finish in the near future. Here's what's weird, I've actually grown to LIKE how I look with them and how they have made my teeth into the "Hollywood" smile that I had long wanted. The thought of getting them off, which my ortho told me was coming in the second quarter of 2020, has made me sad. I feel conflicted and sense I have a bit of a kindred spirit in you! Any thoughts? Thanks so much and your progress is amazing, you rock the smile with or without braces, girlfriend! - Teenie
Teenie!!! Thank you so much! ☺️🖤 I’m glad you followed along my journey while going through yours! It’s crazy as an adult to appreciate certain things in a whole new way. For me, it’s not really about liking the actual braces themselves but I too, have become used to them and how I look. I totally get what you mean about kind of having an anxiousness about getting them off. I’m a little nervous but it’s more nervous excited! It’s the same feeling I had when it was time to get them on. I just want to be fully satisfied with everything. I’m sure you do as well! We got this! 😬
Another good update 😁 you are looking so close to being done. The thought about the glue is funny, and very true haha, I’m sure it could be used for other stuff as well.
I know, what is it made out of? Kuz I never broke a bracket and I eat chips, caramel, popcorn, swedish fish.. just about everything. You don't have an open bite anymore! Yay for that!! Your teeth are gonna be PERFECT. Can't wait to see you without braces! I think mines coming off in March.
