I am proud to say that I am from this beautiful state kerala india munnar is the town which touch to both tamilnadu and kerala border that so in munnar many of the tea workers from tamilnadu state they settled there
So proud to see my home state covered with such passion for his craft and love . This is kerala and I have done that Kolukkumalai trek on foot at 4 AM.. It's 20 Kms up and once you get there the sunrise and the tea are both spectacular. ( They offer you the tea grown at Kolukkumalai estate when you get there ) . The world's highest Tea gardens in the world's most beautiful state.
More than the green, it's the oxygen which is a bonus. Most of the plantations belong to the Tatas, besides Harrison's, AVT & other smaller units. Most of the population drink KATTAN CHAI ie black tea. The Tatas, as you know, are the best employers.
