Mega Galarian Rapidash: Live out your My Little Pony dreams! To be honest, I always thought that Hisiuian Arcanine's design was a little flawed, since it looks like it's wearing an umbrella on its neck and that's just weird.
I think that's why. They picked variants that don't have mainline megas already when you think about it. Slowbro having a mega normally means that if mega evolution was in the newer games the mega Stone for Slowbro would probably work for the regional variant as well since it's the same species just a bit different due to the adaptations to survive in a different region.

Loved the video. Just 1 detail, megas don't have increased HP stat. I'm guessing it was a technical issue the DS had. Giving inside battle max HP boost was not possible in those games. But I guess that if it is in new games that is possible.
Well the thing is rapidash was always a unicorn. I feel like it would have to trade in the horn to become a Pegasus and get wings, the combination of which is called an alicorn
I like the idea with the Mega Marowak, but the stat distribution is so bad (also Megas cant gain HP). Since its a Mega it will have to hold a mega stone meaning it can no longer hold a Thick Club, which is kind of Marowaks niche and the only thing making it not awful. Definitely gotta give it Huge Power to make up for that. It does not need Spcl Atk, give it speed and defenses.
I loved all of them! Not only are the designs outstanding, but it really brings out each regional variant’s full potential. Enhancing their stats as well as their battle styles. Although, I think you guys forgot to mention their abilities. (If they have any ability changes.)
Giving alolan Raichu levitate would actually make it broken since it makes it immune to ground type which is already immune to half it's stab moves like dark is to it's other half. However it's design is like a surfer which is why it's ability is surge surfer.
Fun fact: the spines Clodsire can extend from its back are actually its ribs and I’m pretty sure that behavior is based on a real thing a real animal does. That being said, Mega Clodsire is much more horrific than its wonderfully oblivious expression might lead one to believe (considering the fact that its ribs are perpetually sticking up out of its back.) I love it tho. I would hug Mega Clodsire if I wasn’t worried about getting impaled by its ribs lol
Mega Clodsire is AWESOME and I would ABSOLUTELY use it on my team! My baby Squishy is already a mainstay on my team, so why not~? And absolutely it would have Iron Barbs as its ability.

I’m hoping to see this concept in Legends ZA with that game’s possible new regional forms. I’m also hoping to see Pokémon who already have a mega get a regional form so they get another mega.
I still want to see a past paradox Marowak that's grass/ghost and based on a shaman or witch doctor! It would be shaggy and mossy, with extra skull masks on its shoulders and a large decorative staff, with more rocky spikes and a very thick, powerful tail. Its face mask would have cracks and tribal paint.
Gotta do Galarian Slowbro. It's the only regional variant (to my knowledge) that has a counterpart that has a mega. Since Galarian Slowbro's got a gun, there's definitely a lot that can be done there. Always felt it was a missed opportunity. Also this is a wild one and it's not a regional form (though Paradoxes are somewhat of similar concept), but Iron Valiant and Roaring Moon, since they're already based on mega forms, wanna see if you can iterate exaggerate the "mega"-ness of a pair of pokemon that is already an iteration of 2 mega evolved pokemon.

I'm usually harsh on your designs, but I think this video shows you have a talent for mega evolutions. Though I will have to admit that I like Pragmagik's designs a little better, but that may be just me The only real compliant I have is making Rapidash part flying type. Not only does it lose it's Psychic type that Galarian Ponyta was a mono type of, but those wings look more like decorations and made up of that same aura that it's horn is emitting (and thus not functional). Don't get me wrong, this is a great design and I wouldn't change it, but the flying type doesn't work for it (epically when the only flying type move it can learn is bounce)

Megas cannot receive a buff in health because that stat is separate from the other ones. Similar to how you didn’t get the speed buff until the next turn, health cannot be regenerated mid battle by a power-up unless your a certain green dog/snake dragon(Ahem. Looking at you, Zygarde)
One mega that I would love to see is mega galarian slobro/slowking Slowbro is the only pokemon to have a mega and a regional form so why he dosen't have one already? Based one the original mega he can be a litteral canon or for the joke in galar the mega evolution can't work on slobros but instand can work on slokings

Both Kanto and Galar Slowking need mega forms, as does Froslass. And if Paradox pokemon count, then Iron Thorns anf Iron Valiant need their lines filled out.
