Maheshwariji, Game of chance is where the outcome is dependent on the happening or non happening of an event. Game of skill is where that’s not the case. Eg. 7 up/ 7 down at deltin casino is Game of Chance whereas Dream 11 where wining of a team doesn’t define your win, it depends on how many points you scored on the basis of the players from both the teams.

21:35 I was reading the concall transcript of delta corp. Looks like offline casinos are already taxed at 28% GST. This 28% is applicable to online business. I think its a knee jerk reaction. Once management come with a clarity, it would go up(depends on the confidence of the investors)

Sir debt to equity 1 se kam achha hota hai. Lekin koi company agar leverage (debt) leke kam kare to uska RoE zyada dikhayega. To phir debt aur RoE ko eksath kaise analyse kare? Kya low debt aur high RoE achha hota hai?

Basant Sir, In continuation to my comments 2-3 days back I reiterate that your there is huge difference on giving your views on specific stocks and giving basic and deep knowledge about stock market and other financial topics.
When you say you don't think Mold Tek Packaging is a good company whereas it is a leader in its field and when demand of its product is going to rise with 2-3 big players entering paint business and over the years stock has performed well, on listening your views obviously not recommendations small investor may sell their holdings of good stocks. So it is my request not to give views on specific stocks if they collide with your holdings or interests. After your views stock rose 10-12% whereas your views were -very.
Of course giving invaluable knowledge in humorous way has no comparison and people are being benefitted a lot.
