Yeah this is the best animation death battle has ever had. I want to see more fights like this one.... too bad I think the guy responsible isn't scheduled to return, RIP.

I legitimately want to see a fight between Hellsing Ultimate's Alucard, and this version of Dracula. They're pretty much perfectly evenly matched, near as I can tell.

@Austin Kahosed ganondorf has been marinating in his hatred and pain for thousands of generations so I'm assuming he's gonna be a lot stronger in BOTW2 than he is here but there's no telling if he'll be in Dracula's level
It's ironic. I remembered watching DeathBattle back in college, but I never thought I would actually do an animation for them. It has been an honor contributing to this DeathBattle and would be happy to be brought on again.
In the Netflix Castlevania show, Dracula was only defeated because he let it happen in order not to kill his own son. Otherwise he would've been more than capable of doing just that.
The Netflix adaptation was terrible considering Count Dracula uses the monster demonic form in every single Castlevania Game. Not to mention the Castle is symbiotically linked so that if Dracula dies, so does the Castle also crumble.

Belmonts are incredibly powerful. It's not just the whip or their faith, it's the bloodline, which only got exponentially more powerful after Sypha and Trevor had offspring. Belmonts after Trevor and Sypha are basically demigods. The whip itself also gets more powerful with each vampire it kills, so by the time you get to someone like Richter, he's not even really a "human" in the conventional sense of the word, he just looks like one. Take most superheroes you've heard of. Richter could probably beat them.

Typically I see it as Gannon in demon form being stronger than drac in demon form, but their "batteries" were different with dracs being bigger, which then his lasted longer which gave him the win.
I mean, drac in demon form output so much power that gannon in demon form lost his triforce because it no longer saw him as a strong contender for it. And if that wasn't the case, then drac output so much power that it even overpowered the triforce of power's power.
@@ShaggyDabbyDank That’s not what happen, what basically happened was Gannon’s “battery” ran out during the fight. In the video, Gannon’s demon form has stronger feats. The reason his demon form ran out, because as we know, neither can stay in the forms forever, it was a battle of stamina there, which as expressed, drac’s battery is much larger and after their clash, his lasted and remained in it.

It originally bonded to Ganon because he was worthy of the Power, nobody on the planet could hope to beat him as he was a male Gerudo with a prophesized destiny. When an opponent comes along that vastly outmatches his power, the Triforce of Power no longer sees Gannon as a worthy holder and as a result does not continue giving Gannon power. Instead he's left with only his own strength to defend against Drac's attack and his own strength is nowhere near enough to stop it from destroying him.

As well what showed in the video was less then an abandoning and more like an expiring. And another point one could say, and I will is how do you know that is what happened? And as I stated before, while drac is more powerful with stamina and mystic energy, Gannon as much more powerful “physical” feats than drac. Regardless Drac won and that’s really all there is to it. It takes much more than brawn to win a fight.

The best thing about these videos is that they can distill down the near-impenetrable lore of some of these characters down to understandable bullet points.

It’s funny because Dracula doesn’t have a mortal soul so it would never choose him and that holy nuke couldn’t have worn off the shield as it took zants reckless use of it, destroying midna with an artifact that was capable of imprisoning the entire triforce which the surrounding hit was strong enough to be seen from hyrule field, and light arrows to separate him from his magic for a fair fight against link the greatest swordsman in hyrule to wear off. Also it’s the essence of Din who created the Big Bang from a starless void. And he’s obtained the full triforce before and used each power before, he’s had the triforce of wisdom on several occasions giving him unlimited holy magic to deal with Dracula, and used the triforce of courage in lttp to dominate the willpower of all the guards in hyrule while trapped in a prison dimension that he transformed into his domain and eventually broke out of.

leo fiesinger I'm amazed Death Battle actually made a correct outcome against a Nintendo character here. Remember what they did in Link vs Cloud and Kirby vs Majin Buu? Anyways nothing Ganon has done comes close to the power Castlevania Dracula possesses. Full power Castlevania Dracula would fodderize Hellsing Alucard. He has fought Satan himself head on. Ganon surviving a nuclear attack is laughable in comparison. In Lord Of Shadows 2. He tanks an attack capable of blowing up The Earth with no scratch whatsoever and continues to fight as if nothing happened. He has a universal sized pool of power. Generally I would be angry to see a mismatch like this made. However, in this case I'm glad it happened because too little people know what Castlevania characters are capable of.

Eh I wont say it isn't correct because I don't know normal Castlevania but the lord of shadows Dracula is a different character than the one from the main series. though I will say they didn't bring up how just the left over malice emanating from Ganondorf body is show to be pretty much and this is when he is mostly dead and maybe sealed or restrained in some way(though not bringing that up is more than fine) and is immune to holy anti evil weapons by and this is the best part releasing so much evil energy Like hellsing Alucard doesn't compare in any way to Ganondorf and gets folder by ganon as well

Jesus Christ! That was amazing!!! The production quality was out of control. I love how on some of these you can really tell that the artists, writers and engineers on the backend are really passionate about the project and the characters!!

if a beamos shoots predictably, Link can move out of the way before it shoots. Beamos aim at a spot, shoot, then readjust their aim slowly. Saying Link has ridiculous reaction time for dodging this hitscan attack is the same as saying the player has that same reaction time for making Link that. They’re just predicting the attack and moving out of the way. Afterwards the laser is still hitscan, but the tracking of the Beamos is slow as it tries to readjust its aim. And for the 2D games, well…the 3D ones were used for the calculation, and as stated in the video they were looking at actual lasers rather than things that are called lasers but don’t function as one.

That's the only flaw I saw in this video. I don't think Dracula would ever call him self a god. He mocking the god by existing, because of the hatred toward god and it's creation. =)

There's also the possibility that the Triforce of Power may just out and out abandon Ganondorf if it finds a more worthy (read: powerful) vessel. The Triforce may not have fizzled out for lack of juice... it may've seen Dracula outputting more than Ganondorf ever has and decided to Ganondorf just wasn't a contender anymore.

I just love how Dracula was portrayed here. From the glee in the beginning to the classic horror vibes of his closing line.
It's amazing how Dracula has all that power but still can be defeated by a Belmont with a whip made of alchemy.
Belmonts are incredibly powerful. It's not just the whip or their faith, it's the bloodline, which only got exponentially more powerful after Sypha and Trevor had offspring. Belmonts after Trevor and Sypha are basically demigods. The whip itself also gets more powerful with each vampire it kills, so by the time you get to someone like Richter, he's not even really a "human" in the conventional sense of the word, he just looks like one. Take most superheroes you've heard of. Richter could probably beat them.

Typically I see it as Gannon in demon form being stronger than drac in demon form, but their "batteries" were different with dracs being bigger, which then his lasted longer which gave him the win.
I mean, drac in demon form output so much power that gannon in demon form lost his triforce because it no longer saw him as a strong contender for it. And if that wasn't the case, then drac output so much power that it even overpowered the triforce of power's power.

The reason his demon form ran out, because as we know, neither can stay in the forms forever, it was a battle of stamina there, which as expressed, drac’s battery is much larger and after their clash, his lasted and remained in it.

It originally bonded to Ganon because he was worthy of the Power, nobody on the planet could hope to beat him as he was a male Gerudo with a prophesized destiny. When an opponent comes along that vastly outmatches his power, the Triforce of Power no longer sees Gannon as a worthy holder and as a result does not continue giving Gannon power. Instead he's left with only his own strength to defend against Drac's attack and his own strength is nowhere near enough to stop it from destroying him.

And as I stated before, while drac is more powerful with stamina and mystic energy, Gannon as much more powerful “physical” feats than drac. Anyways nothing Ganon has done comes close to the power Castlevania Dracula possesses. Full power Castlevania Dracula would fodderize Hellsing Alucard. He has fought Satan himself head on. Ganon surviving a nuclear attack is laughable in comparison. In Lord Of Shadows 2. He tanks an attack capable of blowing up The Earth with no scratch whatsoever and continues to fight as if nothing happened. He has a universal sized pool of power. Generally I would be angry to see a mismatch like this made. However, in this case I'm glad it happened because too little people know what Castlevania characters are capable of.

if a beamos shoots predictably, Link can move out of the way before it shoots. Beamos aim at a spot, shoot, then readjust their aim slowly.
Saying Link has ridiculous reaction time for dodging this hitscan attack is the same as saying the player has that same reaction time for making Link that.
They’re just predicting the attack and moving out of the way. Afterwards the laser is still hitscan, but the tracking of the Beamos is slow as it tries to readjust its aim.
And for the 2D games, well…the 3D ones were used for the calculation, and as stated in the video they were looking at actual lasers rather than things that are called lasers but don’t function as one.
Not in all all games there are 2-3 where they just let loose with no real warning

From what I’ve heard so far in terms of feats, it doesn’t really close the gap here.
Totk Ganondorf isn't even that strong and his feats aren't even that good so Dracula would still win.

There's also the possibility that the Triforce of Power may just out and out abandon Ganondorf if it finds a more worthy (read: powerful) vessel. The Triforce may not have fizzled out for lack of juice... it may've seen Dracula outputting more than Ganondorf ever has and decided to Ganondorf just wasn't a contender anymore.
