a mold design for a large angle lifter

Today, I will share a mold design for a large-angle lifter.
It demolds downwards along this direction.
The undercut here is very big and the lifter's angle reaches to 20 degrees.
According to the conventional mold design, if it is designed on the bottom , when demolding, the lifter will easily get stuck and stopped.
when demolding, the lifter need to move both downward and sideward with big angles.
So here we designed to make lifer on ejector block, making a inclined slot on the block.
Its action principle is very simple, but we need to consider how to install the lifter.
The lifter moves downward and sideward with the block at the same time.
