The catacombs crab was thought to be important because its the only enemy that can follow you to a new zone. So you could aggro it and bring him all the way to Anor Londo or back out to Farron Keep. People thought it was a DS2 pickaxe/pig situation again and started leading it everywhere.
Can you explain to me what the pickaxe/pig situation is? Never heard of that.
@backonlazer791 basically bringing piglets to certain parts of DS2 such as I think Tseldora and around Majula will cause the pigs to dig up a spot and u get cool stuff out of it like the pickaxe.

It really doesn't matter how it's done or who I watch, I'll always love watching the Abyss Watchers fight. I really don't know what it is, but even now the Abyss Watchers is still probably my favorite Soulsborne boss fight with the Nameless King and Orphan of Kos right behind it.
I was not expecting him to actually following down and make that jump. That's impressive in and of itself. The Catacombs of Carthus still make me smile. I don't really know why I like that area; probably because the skellies patting their head when they assemble is cute and the ones controlling the balls make me laugh when they run off like that. Man, I love Bloodborne, but I'm perfectly fine with it not having bonewheels.

Man, after many many years I've come to the conclusion that there's really no context for "Out of context sayings" by Prod
Abyss Watchers will always be my favorite boss and armor to wear simply because of how stone cold he is when he readys himself to fight you when you enter
It's hands down my favorite Soulsborne boss fight with the Nameless King and Orphan of Kos both close behind. I also wear the armor set as soon as possible. It's the best compromise for good protection without being too heavy, and it looks badass. I also love the Abyss Watchers fight, because that's when DS3 truly clicked for me. I'd been running around with the Uchigatana at +4, but I started to not like the damage it was dealing when I ran into trouble in the Cathedral of the Deep. I turned away and went to clear Farron Keep and the Abyss Watchers and again didn't like how it was for fighting them. I switched out to the Hollowslayer Greatsword and that's when both that boss fight and the game on the whole clicked for me. Since then my first build is always a quality melee build in their games.

Confirmed: backstabs 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000% easier in ds3 than elden ring.
I used to run around at sl 55 with a broken straighsword and dark build.
Thing hit pretty good. (On non twinks). For when the straight and great sword were 3 hits.
That said dont wanna do the dlc for all the rings again.
Edit: if i remember correctly around 120-180 dmg range on the non twinks.
