been doing a lot of 1 handed dances recently. lotsa follows have shoulder and elbow injuries from rough leads. fun thought experiment on the dance floor improv-ing stuff on the fly 1 handed.
Yes that was actually the catalyst for the video idea. A follower at my local dance scene came in with a painful shoulder. She wanted to dance with me but said “I can only use one arm.” When I started the dance I thought I would run out of moves or simply have a “throw away dance” but actually having less options for some reason made me think outside of the box. Ended up being my favorite dance of the night haha 😂
