Great video man. Not only is the Range Rover Sport nicer to drive then an X5, its so much safer then pretty much anything else you can buy in that segment. How the traction control is programmed when you need to do evasive maneuvers on dry pavement or slippery conditions, it gives you so much more control over any other brand.
I agree! It’s a really great system that’s well thought out! I’m glad to have to opportunity to play with those. I watched a few of your videos off road as well. You really push the limits! 😂
IMO most owners have never exploited the true capabilities of Range Rover Sport and the 955/957 gen Cayennes. They’re great all round vehicles with exceptional off-road capabilities!
This was different content for you. Appreciate it. Correct me if I’m wrong but a few situations where if you hold you air suspension button it was extend the bladder to give you and extra lift beyond off-road height. Also you should do more content with your sons. Great vid as always Eddie!
Yes! Thank you! I agree! This was very different but I enjoyed it! Yes, you are correct. Unfortunately the extended height is only available if I truly high centered. I’m not sure how the L405 Rover made it though without scraping!
Yeah. I think the new Sport didn’t have locking rear differential or Lo range 4wd. I think if he kept the throttle down during the wheel spin, it would’ve figured it out.
At 41:22 what you could have done is press DOWN on the height control and it would have dropped a few mm and noticed it was bottomed out and it would atomically raise and then it give you 2 more off-road height options to give you more ground clearance
Hi Eddie, I’ve got an identical spec 2021 SVR. Do you ever get a weird vibration at just over 1k rpm’s while cruising? Trying to diagnosis if this is an SVR thing or all 5.0L do it. It commonly does it cruising around town in traffic at slower speeds. Thanks!

Keep a Rover in the fleet. I can’t wait to do one of these trails real soon.
It’s a great one!

Need to keep this car. Especially for towing purposes
It is a fantastic tow vehicle.
Good video. Based off this short content it looks like your sport performed better than the new sport.

You can turn off your parking sensors when you go off road, it helps for filming.
Good call, I'll definitely try that next time!

was gonna say the same.
Dang, I didn’t think of that! Thanks for staying long to watch that part!
This looks like a great video, just started watching!
Thanks! You’re going to love this one!
Enjoyed the content, I think you should keep Rover.
Thank you. I appreciate you taking the time to watch it! I like the Rover too!
Obviously, these cars are not designed nor intended for off-road.
I know. You have be crazy to take one of these off road.
Awesome dad. Boring content.
I know this is different than my normal content but these next few videos you might see me going back to my roots!
