That looks wonderful! It's so cold outside, and the idea of sitting indoors with the smell of a fresh loaf baking sounds so very warm, comforting. QQQ Do you ever use einkorn flour? I get mne from Italy! It makes a denser loaf, but the flavor is out of this world!
Yes, I certainly so use Einkorn Flour and I have a great recipe for you!! Here's a video I did recently - I think you are going to really like it :) ruclips.net/video/1o4Nar5lSCY/видео.htmlsi=XhL-3VjFIDO28_vO
I want to try but I need lots of stuff! Is the instant yeast the only yeast I can use ? I only have stainless steel Dutch ovens and would need to purchase flours you mention
You can use traditional active dry yeast instead of instant yeast, but you will need to use just a bit more, so use 1/2 tsp instead. As for the Dutch oven, stainless steel is perfectly fine and as for the flour, if you want that nice soft crumb, then that flour I used is the way to go - if you substitute other flour instead, it will still turn out, but just not with this feature :)
