I love Elena of Avalor to pieces, but this episode was so cringe. I feel like this episode was more aimed at kids, and since then they’ve produced more mature content that all viewers can enjoy. The vocals in this song are still amazing though.

I always was annoyed with Elena family in this episode. How do they expect her to be able to rule without them if they never trust her to make the right decision. They thought because of the volcano factor and the short fuse when he gets ticked off he must be a monster. Elena learned that he wasn't bad just a little short tempered and the local kids had been giving him a hard time.
The animation isn't that bad, they probably can't spend that much money on it since it's a Disney channel series and not, like, a Pixar movie. Plus since it's a TV series they have to make sure it doesn't take too Long to animate so that they can pump out episodes
