Looking good Aless. One big recommendation would be to use set screws at 10:30, that way you can get them out if need be. A lot of the gears on my Royersford drill press are the same way, but thanks to the fact that they used set screws I can take them apart. That was necessary on a few of the gears, so I'm glad it was so.
Isn't it supposed to be lubricated by oil not grease? Like the ways of a lathe or such. The two holes with flares to help the oil spread out? Also nice work 👌
Hi which Lathe do you use here. I have a similar Drillpress old and dirty maybe same aged so this video is great for me thanks man oh before i forgot it great work
Don't stop!

Very good work, I can’t wait to see this thing alive and running again.
Parece imposible, hasta que nos atrevemos a hacerlo!!.

Why did he put two screws in there?
Julian Mair it’s called a scotch key so the gear doesn’t spin on the shaft
Que maravilla de trabajo, me encantaría meterte mano a ese taladro una vez que lo termines! Feliz año Aless

I don't understand why you didn't use two grub screws in the end of the shaft rather than bolts and then skimming it flat ?
Because he gates the guy that will come after him.
Simply because he had them available. No need to buy every mf part.
@@tomahoks Agreed but if he ever has to take them out its going to be a right fucking prick of a job. Did you think of that ?
I've never seen a Dutchman done like that, awesome!😀

@@AlessGonzalez genial!! a esperar con ansias!
Are you finding a lot of the gears on this have gone Distorted/sharp...?
Your lathe spindle gears are rattling a lot - broken teeth?
👍👍👍👏👏👏🔧🔧🔧🔩. Saludos.
And this piece, what's the need of its replacement.
Two IIIa parts?! Should be IIb.
Давай 4 частину
Думал от тряски ключ на патрон вылетит,но пронесло.
