Excellent video. The three C's and further documentation are the backbone to work justification. I have also seen many technicians have work return due to failire to verify work.

One thing that bothers me about being in any problem solving industry. (I’m a car tech) is that there’s tons of people with 10-20 years of “experience” that only know how to fix something due to just stumbling across the problem or someone showed them before and know the issue. when I was working after 3-4 years I notices that I could figure out complex issues and these “experienced” guys had no clue even a direction to go in
