I have found that if you have a medic and call for aid, the medic will be the first to follow this command. This makes having a medic in a squad much more useful since they have like 20 revives and it's not a random soldier you want to keep alive using their valuable medkit.
In reference to your question on how the "Get in Vehicle" command can be very useful. I do have 1 good very situational scenario, and it's thanks to the APCs. Let me cover the basics first. When you get in an APC, cargo truck, or even those buses in Tunisia; your AIs' aggressiveness inside those vehicles are turned up way more than they already originally are. They'll shoot anything within sight much, much more reactively. This means they tend to get way more kills this way. Enter the APC. Some players use them as Mobile Rally Points, which is 1 way to play it. Others use it for 2 squads pushing onto the objective to do some major damage; this is also a valid strategy. This command falls on the 2nd strategy here. Sometimes, players will push into the enemy's side of the objective with the APC and will be close to the objective when they get out. This prevents your team from spawning on it if it is too close. In this case, you can tell your AI to get in and sit in the APC, and they'll light up anything that moves close by like as if they are some big automatic turret while you are in the objective. Very situational for it to possibly happen but when it does show up; it's well worth it if the enemy doesn't deal with it. Is it a meta strategy here? No Is it some tool you can use in your toolbox of ideas? Yup Is it cool to pull off when you can do it? Hell yeah it is my dude!
Just started playing Enlisted for the first time after stumbling upon it, and have been let down and infuriated by the enormously dumb AI time and again. This video is great and taught me a bunch of useful tips I'm definitely going to take onto the battlefield with me, especially the command for arming/disarming bombs in the rush gamemode. Thanks!
if you play bf2042, the AI are 100 times worse because they can laser beam you through a bush , you cant sneak up on them , and theyre no fun playing against. i dont want them to change the AI at all. its about the players not the AI
For the "Get in vehicle" command, a possible use I can think of is if you need to repair your badly damaged tank and A. Don't want your squad mates dying while you do, or B. You have to move and come back to repair, and don't want the tank to blow up from being idle for too long. Neither is likely to come in handy, but maybe once or twice in our lifetimes.
Great video! Played for years and several things I never knew. Had no idea there was no distance restriction on objective commands! That's great. Could try cap 2 objectives at once in conquest or something. Also didn't know only one engineer came over to build with the context command - I just assumed the rest were trying but stuck somewhere. Good to know I could actually have multiple builds going at once though. Didn't know the X could get them to revive you either - thought it had to be context menu so I've never bothered. The individual orders are also great in theory but I've never had the time to use it with the pace of the game. I reeeally wish there was a command for build rally or ammo box without having to first place the blueprint through. Wish more people would mark enemy too - especially when they're camped somewhere or in large groups so everyone knows where we're getting attacked from.
About the enemy marks, I wish there different markers for group size etc. It'd be especially helpful for "air support" to know where group movements are
Actually you can get the AI to use the tanks gun its just incredibly hard to do unless they took that feature out. About 2yrs ago i was playing a match got out of my tank and was startled when a tank round wizzed passed my head and i ducked down into a trench.. then realized after the 3rd round it was my own tank firing HE at enemy infantry that was trying to kill me. But aside from 4 times of this happening it hasnt happened since possibly a glitch? Or maybe was once a feature and isnt now i dont know. Too bad your climbing ain't leveled enough as you tried to throw away the explosive pack, half of my assault deaths come from climbing behind into an enemy squad and taking too long that the AI just shoots me, it hasn't been a problem since I maxed it out for all my assault units.

I definitely disagree with the personal order. AI with bolt action is surprisingly deadly and it's very easy to get them 2-3 kills each if you set them up on the enemy's flank. No joke on a lot of defense matches a solid 30% of my total kills come from ai set up in some trench or Windows.
Too bad your climbing ain't leveled enough as you tried to throw away the explosive pack, half of my assault deaths come from climbing behind into an enemy squad and taking too long that the AI just shoots me, it hasn't been a problem since I maxed it out for all my assault units.
Those ai look so useful, I wonder why they are even there. The game doesn't look like its even based around squad combat
Im playing for 2 years and didnt know that ai can plant or disarm the bomb 😮
Thank a lot! 🎉
Didn't there used to be a follow distance command? I think they removed it.
A few guys on the reddit said you can order the radio trooper in a squad to call in an artillery strike for you through the command wheel. Does anybody know anything about that? It just brings up the map for me to call it in myself when I try it.
It’s the same button as if you’re playing as the radioman.
Can you command a radioman to automatically call artillery without having to look at the map? I believe I heard it was possible on reddit but I can't seem to do it
No, they might have been saying you could call in artillery if you have a radioman in your squad without switching to your radioman.
how do you change stance? wide etc??
Is there a command to make the AI passive aggressive tho??
My AI's main goal is to get shot by the closet bullet, while I hide they run circles around me and it's so annoying
Great guide! Looks like the AI is still fairly useless. Cool to know they can deal with diffusions now, or maybe I just missed it back then. I like the concept of them and glad they aren't too good but they are so bad that it kills immersion. OFC if you just go as hard as you do, it don't matter too much unless they are literally standing in front of you disinterested lol. Still looking proficient at being a killing machine!
Does there kills count as yours
Where is the "shoot on sight" command?
I can’t figure out how to change my context command on console so the AI can build for me. Smh
I really wish the ai soldiers were a lot better since that is like what makes this game unique
Where is the "GET YOUR LEG OUT OF MY WAY" command?
So this gonna be dumb question but what main are you, you just basically Axis main, like for example I basically USSR and Axis main while I basically sub main for both Japan and Allies they should changed USA and Germany to Axis and Allies as I saw both italy and UK squad in game and it kind of unnecessary to changed Axis and Allies to just USA and Germany
It isn’t called the USA and Germany, it’s called the combined allied force or whatever and the Axis Powers.
@@matthewjones39 I talking about in game also Allies and Axis still counts as Yarnhub and simple history also say those words
@@matthewjones39 I talking about in game not in real life plus Allies and Axis still counts as simple history and Yarnhub mentioned those words
I’m really enjoying this game but I do wish the so was a bit better but besides that it’s an awsome game
How to make then stop blocking your shots
Question: Are there squad commands that are only available on PC?
No, but some commands arent binded by default on console so make sure to check through your controls
So can you play this game with all ai or will there always be real players
always real players. If youre looking for a good PvE game set in WW2, check out Easy Red 2!
@@HeyQuadro ok
I’m on PlayStation😢
You said we should command the Squad to disarm bombs but didn't say how...
I found the bomb command by pure coincidence, it's finnicky.
Why do i get the feeling the CANNON FODDER Grunts from Titanfall 2 are more deadly then these AI Squadmates.
because its more or less true lol
@@HeyQuadro OOOF! For real though, Titanfall 2s Multiplayer AI is probably THE BEST AI iv ever seen, they have so many animations and personality that most people probably never even saw cus they where ZOOMIN.
@@jaywerner8415 tbh I think the way Titanfall handled AI was incredibly good game design. I hope someone takes the "bunch of AI soldiers" idea and implements it into a WW2 shooter with large battlefields. Enlisted is awesome and I like what they do but I think larger scale would be cooler.
How to use quick command in pc?
The context command? "X"
wait thats all there is? i honestly though i was going to get a guide for complex commands but its just info i use since the first day i started playing :(
Idk why is the game so centered around commanding your ai when the AI is so bad and the commands are so limited
It isn’t about commanding your AI, it’s just cool that you can have a whole squad.
You sound like AndyPants gaming, is that you?
Play the Sherman 105
Listing things we can do but not how to do it 😢
My ai soldiers ain't too bad
they should add "dismiss command" so that your ai squad will be on thier own killing enemies
sorry bad english
it would be cool if you could invite friends to play as your squamates so that way when there useless its funny
I recommend binding your spot command to your fire button, this way they'll almost always follow your fire
Bro you stopped giving the console commands
