      Silk is the best material, because it’s breathes. You will be surprised that wearing silk scarf around your neck will keep you warm in spring and autumn time. For winter I’d recommend blends with wool or cashmere.but the scarfs I have in tutorial small 45x45cm Italian made polyester.

    Hi there! This is a great style, but I don't have any of those smaller scarves. Do you do this with a larger square scarf? I try, but it always looks kind of bunched up? Maybe you could do another tutorial on this? Have subbed!

    Knots 1 and 2 look like very safe knots to use. If the scarf gets caught on something it will pull away from your neck. Come to think of it, if Isadora Duncan used your technique she might have lived much longer.

    • @wowhowchannel
      @wowhowchannel  7 лет назад +1

      Thank you for great comment! First 2 are looking like a fake knots, you are right, but safe to untie it quick, but looking great!

    I prefer to wear my silk neckerchiefs tight (but not too, tight) around my neck, then tie the ends in a knot, twice. Then I move the knots to one side (either the left or right side). I've been told that it looks more manly, which is the look I'm going for. :)

    Gotta be specific, I guess. As a Scout, a "Neckerchief" is the ceremonial (part of the uniform) , useful (sling, bandage, flag, etc.), thing we drape around our necks. It can be fully square, or already triangular. Held in place with a "slide" or "woggle", or "Friendship Knot". This video is, to my mind, a "Scarf", tied and draped very prettily, but not the same to me as a "Necker". A "Neck Scarf" (itchy wool) was what my mom would wrap around my neck when I was a kid, getting ready to go snow sledding... A "Kerchief" is a cloth to tie around one's neck or head, might also be a "Bandana? Is this video about a Kerchief?
