Great information right there. Would you know if this rule somehow affects some services such as manage WP, remote backups with updraftplus for example etc?

This rules is not affecting these plugins as they are not using the default paths for login. But with ClodFlare active without any rule you still can have issues as thy will block access automatically, like this happens with Malcare. To make it work you need to whitelist their IP's.

Good luck. Like this I am doing for all my websites with CloudPanel on VPS and it work very good. Blocking access and allow my country only reduced the server load a lot as many request were made to wp-login.php and xmlrpc.php for hacking reasons. So if you don't use xmlrpc block it also.

The CloudFlare proxy needs to be active. If you are using only the DNS, it will not work.
