Good talk and good understanding of the Yoruba language. Mufti of Iwo, may Allah be your guidance. I want you to do something for me, l want you to please tell your followers and the people of Iwo Land to stop saying "" Shehu, Shehu, Shehu " as done in Hausa/Fulani land. Iwo Land is not Hausa/ Fulani, lwoland is Yoruba Land. Why are Iwo people say " Shehu, Shehu, Shehu " knowing fully well the importance and history of Iwo Land in Yoruba Land. Iwo Land is a direct descendants of lle- Ife the source of all Yoruba Land. The same things Iwo people say when Oluwo of Iwo is addressing them " Shehu Shehu, Shehu, " unfortunately Oba Telu of Iwo Land doesn't correct them. Why? Yoruba people are disciplined, honorable and educated people, we should be proud of us. Yoruba people don't have to be inferior to no tribe in Nigeria. Yoruba people are "Omoluabi people " Now that our own son is the Father of Nigeria President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Yoruba should be proud of us. I'm not saying we shouldn't respect of other tribes in Nigeria but the saying charity begins at home. Please, Let Yoruba people be Yorubas in Yorubaland. Allah be with you.
