Bipil Gurung if you opt for intensive course, it’ll take 8 weeks otherwise 12 weeks, but most important factor decides on how much time and efforts you put to study

Sir, I am doing Ba French hons from University of Delhi, doing Delf exams side by side and learning German planning to give Goethe exams as well. Can I get a scholarship to study in france 🇫🇷 and do MBA?
These days french Universities are not giving any scholarships like before, also cost of living had been increased in recent years. Even if you want to get jobs you should learn 100% french even if you're a tech guy you should learn French because french people don't allow you to work with out language.

the systen is differnet in france: if you want a final degree in civil engineering, you will need to go to graduate level: either an engineering school “Grande ecole d’ingénieur” or a master of civil engineering in a university, each route leads to different outcomes and requires different undergrad studies, for the masters, you must first go through a 3 year licence (similar to bachelor but in 3 years and non professional outcomes)
you should major in physics preferably (or mechanics).
then go to masters.
engineering schools are mostly made for french students who go to prep school. i would say this route is dead if you didi not get your highschool education in french. the stress level is also quite high. after two years of intensive courses and weekly tests, and a lot of assignments, you go to the “concours” (contests) for different engineering schools, then tou get in and specialise in the third year to get you national engineering degree with or without the civil engineering specialisation.
you could also get into these schools at the end of your licence but it is restrictive.
i can’t possibly recommend france for your studies if you don’t have a good level in french, nor for any ither reason. if you have the money, i would recommend uk-us-canada, if you dont: let me recommend swiss degrees, if you can get in a good university or school (looking at you EPFL) it would really save your career. other countries exist too, belgium seems nice, one of my friends got there.

And if u have enough points then u can contact ur sir (embassy) who is a having some good relations with some foreign universities... Then only it can become possible. Otherwise someone ( usually brokers) may approach you providing some false opportunities, don't pay heed, I'm telling u as a brother....

Now ur cgpa is below 8 ....now if u really want to study abroad u need to make a good contact to some foreign embassy , so make a resume and send to some universities via emails & wait for their response to knock ur door.
