I tried it today. It came out well. I had to add nine tbsp of coconut oil. Followed the rest of the recipe as shown in video. It was crispy.

Idli arisi illama only siruthaniyam mattum pottu araikalama
Atleast one ratio of rice has to be added to get the perfect idly and dosa. Rest 3 ratio you can add millets. You can add brown rice or any other traditional unpolished rice variety of your choice instead of white rice.

Thool ulundu use pannum pothu kasappu varum pola. Becas I used rice, kambu then thool ulundu, venthayam. The same taste you told only
