I got a Garwinner. The first thing to know is that if you turn up the high side, It doesn't use as much gas and the clutch stays engaged better. Excellent saw for the money. Three months in and I have a no start issue. I suspect a coil. Walmart has a decent policy for their return and service agreements.
Hi, if you ever tried to adjust a carb on 6220G saw. What rpm you used for H screw. I mean what is the max rpm by using tachometer? Thanks! Do you have a vid by any chance done by you to adjust carb screws? Dereal 6220G
@@Cherokee-sz7xi Thanks.. I see. Mine came with some defect. Not responding to carb adjustments. Replaced to new carb and no difference. Probably some internal or seal leaks. Cheap parts or QC and no testing after finial assembly. Overall, I like design and exhaust sound! But it’s currently seating on shelf and waiting for total rebuild or i mean problem identification. ✌️
What is the fb page? I haven’t found it. And that would be a nice saw to have. I have the Proyama 62cc saw and honestly, I love it. It started a lot easier than my 455 Rancher.
Almost all the chinese clones are Zenoah clones from the 80s. They are an older design where patents have ended. So for parts when break look for parts that fit a zenoah. The main thing on zenoah that broke were weak clutches. And you must use 25:1 fuel oil mix not a modern 50:1, 40:1 mix. These are older design saws, along with cheap Chinese metal need more oil in mix. Personally I'd only get one these clones as a back up saw. Or a black max, ryobi as a back up. And main saw be a used stihl, husqvarna, echo. My main saw is a used $150 echo timberwolf 590, and back up a $100 new black max 50 cc from Walmart. If i could ever afford a husqvarna or stihl i would. But what i got works enough for my 3 cords of wood a year needs.
You can use any modern oil at 40 or 50 to 1 in these saws. The 25 to 1 recommendation is because these saws are also sold in countries that use subpar oils.
Buy a better clone and use it till it wears out and replace with an oem jug or high quality golf or meteor Id 100% let the jug I wanted be the clone. Lots of people big boring their 365’s. Wally has a 365 clone and 2511 clone. A 20, 28” and that climber is all anyone needs and will start a tree service. Replace with better possibly used oem parts. Its all about the jug anyway …if you KNOW what youre looking for.
Thanks for the video.....these comparisons really help the person with limited budget.👍
You’re welcome. That’s the reason why I’m doing these videos a cheaper saw doesn’t always mean a bad saw.
Gar- Winner. Mine is 3 years old and still running strong. Zenoha clones are a fantasic value.
The one week link on the Zenoa clones is the clutch. If you don't get stupid crazy on dogging them with a dull chain their pretty dependable.
Not the pucks, but maybe pull the cluch and coarse sand paper the bell??
Maybe touch and scuff the contact points of the clutch?
How is the garwinner holding up? I’m looking at getting one but I’m curious how it’s running now and if it’s holding up well.

saws seem to be much cheaper there. here in canada, a 261 is almost a thousand dollars.....thumbs up !!
I think it might be a little more then what I said in video I used the price I paid two years ago. I’m sure inflation has moved the price up a bit.
You can buy 10 Garwinners for one Stihl. For home use, if the Garwinner lasts one year, at the end of ten years you still have a new saw.

Dereal , garwinnwer, wemars, Salem master and pinkway are all the same saw made by garwinner inc
