I would love more accurate lengths of cord. I used 6cm baubles and the same width of cord as used in the tutorial. Just by applying logic one can already see that if you use 60cm cord for each of the 1mm cord designs, then you will end up with a lot more cord on the less intricate design. I did a trial with 70cm on the more intricate design and could have done with 5cm extra just to have a decent amount left underneath the bauble. If I had used 60cm as instructed, there would have been barely anything underneath the bauble.
Hello! Thank you so much! Yes, I agree. They can still be cut shorter. However I gave the measurements for the ease of knotting and/or to allow the user to still decide how short or long they want the trimmings to be. Not to worry, all scrap will not go to waste. :)
If you click on the settings button at the bottom right side, it sort of looks like a flower, you can adjust the playback speed. There are three slower settings and four faster settings.
Hard to call this a tutorial when it's difficult for a beginner to follow because you're going too fast...unless you simply want to frustrate the viewers. Why not slow down and explain what you're doing? Just a thought. 🙂
Thank you so much for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear that the tutorial was not up to your expectation. I did this last year when I was starting out and I do agree to slow down. If you watch the entire vid, I slow down at the start of each design and speed up on the repetitive knots. Nonetheless, I have taken note of this and hope to show a better view and explanation.
@@SilentKnot I did watch the whole video...twice. But difficult to keep up with the changes via cell phone! Thanks for responding. You're very talented.
I understand and appreciate you for letting me know. 💖 I will always have this in mind when I create my next videos. 🤗Thanks to you and cheers to our knotty adventures!
@@SilentKnot It's just fine the way you have it...viewers can change the playback speed to three slower settings or if they want to speed it up, there are four options for that. It's the flower shaped button to change settings.
Meraviglia delle meraviglie, complimenti.
Piacevole guardare!🥰🥰🥰🥰 tra un po è Natale.
Colgo l'occasione per Augurare Buone Feste e buon lavoro 🥰 🥰 🥰 🥰

thank you so much! 😘
Where do you get your big spools of macroma cord?
what's the diameter size of the balls you used? so i can adjust the length of the cords
Hey there! Thanks for watching. 💗 The circumference of the Christmas balls I used is 17cm. Hope this helps.
What are the name of the knots you use on each ornament? I'm a beginner and you went too fast for me.
Square knots most of them. You can look up RUclips, macrame knots. It will show you. Hope that helps
These are lovely but it seems so much goes to waste, why not cut them smaller so you dont have to cut so much?

You’re welcome 🥰
Would love to learn macrame. This is too fast and no verbal instructions. Too hard for me to follow

In RUclips there is an option setting to adjust your layback speed. Click on the setting of each video and make changes to your speed.
