Freezing in South Texas 02-14-21

Temperatures dropped into the teens on Monday 02-15-21 night and a hard freeze for much of the Rio Grande Valley Tx. This is the first time in a decade that the National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch for this part of South Texas.
