This is such a big issue. I think the communication stems from our culture. We are not encouraged to have open discussions and we are taught the authority is always right, etc. We also can do better with training employees and set expectations from the beginning. It's not only hard to run a business and employee the right people but also from a customer standpoint, it's hard to work with vendors and businesses. Even the communication is poor from the customer angle. Sometimes one has to chase down businesses/vendors for responses, etc. Communication is lacking from all angles. There's a lot to unlearn for us to progress as a country.

I have noticed that the work ethic in Ghana is very some way, and it's crazy that the samrle feedback comes from various industries. If they want change to really happen, they need to take things seriously. It's to the putting people are going to Togo to hire staff smh! Customer service training and work ethic need to be taught from kindergarten at this point.

What you said is true. I wonder why we do that as Ghanaians. We take this same behaviour outside Ghana and be stealing from people who try to help us. It is really horrible. We are our own enemies of progress.
Some people also have this mentality that the company makes a lot of money so it is ok for them to take whatever they want, after-all what will happen ?🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

It's a poverty stricken mindset. Our leaders are like that so, they're also encouraged to do that

@@smartbiney801 True! ...and lack of integrity and accountability in our culture. We tend to think culture is just about drumming and dancing🤣 Revision and update of that mindset is long overdue! If you open a food bank in Accra, for example, rich people will disguise themselves as poor ppl and will be the first in line to collect....it's that bad!
