I thought this may be a joke but you are actually good!
I say if you practice well and got better equipment you could make better results.
but try other styles of songs that are close to this but not too extreme

Many thanks! This song is quite different from what I'm used to, so it was an interesting process getting a sound I was happy with. I have some other musical projects in the works with some very talented people, so I'll definitely be taking your advice onboard!
