The Last of Us (Medley) - Gustavo Santaolalla Live @ EartH Hackney, London, 13.10.2024

It's been 11 long years and none of us are who we were then. This is for teenage me who made a short film based off The Last of Us and learned to play better guitar thanks to the soundtrack. It carried me through most of my adult life. I'm glad I could be there to witness it.

The theme for the last of us is genuinely perfect.. it’s just something man idek how to describe it. It’s got emotion, hope, and just so many more emotions all packed into just the song alone. I could genuinely listen to the games music all day. RDR2 is my favorite game of all time but TLoU1 is a close second. The music for this game also just brings it up, GODDAMN ITS SO PERFECT IDK HOW TO EVEN SAY IT MAN

I can't believe I missed this!
I stay away from his music for long periods of time due to how emotionally heavy these songs are.
I looked today if he had any upcoming shows in the UK only to find I missed one a few days ago.
Hopefully he comes back ♥️ sounds amazing.
