CADE YOU CAN GET YOUR PETS BACK🚨🚨🚨! If you pause your game you can scroll down and go to game repair. Once you click on it, it will say cancel nearby blueprints, recover backpacks, and then the one and only recover pets. You can finally get your pets back and meet up with them and kill bosses with your loved ones.
You could also go back to the ant queens and it will give you the option to take your pet ant back by pressing e if you're on PC or computer and if you play on Xbox press x

I've found the easiest way to find the Black Ant Queen is: Enter from the trash heap entrance to the Black Ant hill, and follow every tunnel on the right.
(though there is a dead end one along the way, but you see the roots at the end before you reach that part of the tunnel)

the fungnir spear is based on gungnir which is odins spear
nah its accutaly based off of the spear you can craft in terraria with hollowed bars
If you want a fun build to try out, try getting the Spicy Staff up pretty high, get the Spicy Mage on a trinket, maybe with spicy damage up, and just keep clicking the mouse.

In ng+4 you can get infused weapons from bosses the broodmother drops the infused daggers and the infused broodmother club the mant drops infused hammers and the infused antlion greatsword the mantis drops the infused and the infused scythe the wasp queen drops infused bows and crossbows the infected broodmother drops infused swords and the infused blaster and schmector drops infused spears the infused weapons are tier four weapons and they have two random buffs for example you could get a infused club of the mother demon with crit Damage up best and boss Damage but its rng so good luck
Ps infused armor isnt in the game as of the time im commenting but it may happen eventually
Another ps the explosion buffs dont work with the fungnir at the moment
Also the infused club of the mother demon the infused scythe of blossoms the infused swords and the infused axes are the best currently

On mild it pauses whenever you enter an inventory/data tab etc.

The fire ant strategist is the best strategist armor for that build. Also using the red ant queen scepter makes it alot better
As it is now the summons only reflect at max the amount of health each mob has. This change alone took away the "busted" status away. A build when it was usable only shined when you pushed far enough into ng+ fights the bosses would drop and reflect big damage.
The reason he uses the red ant one is for summon thorns, which will make the bosses kill themselves because of the summon thorns. Fire ant strategist armor is terrible because summons don’t even do much damage in their own.
For the summons build to work you need to be on whoa mod that way the boss deals more damage to your pets that have the thorns effect

Cade you should try this setup with the astonishing acid charm which is 5 acid glands and 3 sap (I think) and and it explodes on a 3 hit combo (like the staff!)
With the infected ant shield you can parry the infected wolf spiders explosive attacks

I’ve been hoping for the addition of favouriting items in grounded since I started playing.
Kinda like borderlands, mark things that can easily be de-duped, and mark things you don’t want to get stolen by chests

Man that summon build pre nerf was absolutely nutty they completely gutted it
Try the other ant queen armors. I think the fire strategist set is very fun against the hedge broodmother and less all or nothing than the red one. Haven't tried the black one yet. They really should have made all the ant queen armors tier 3.
Use the infected Aunt shield against the infected broodmother and hide in a corner because the bombs will not deal that much damage to you since since the infected shield is a bomb resistant
Definitely try to get a trinket with samurai and get either the tingle tongue or breath slayer trust
Tell grounded to make a centipede boss
I waited long enough for Tier 4 and 5 and they never came, I can't wait any longer, I'm going to create them myself, just let me find a way to mod the base game 😅

Fun fact, when your duping if you click, when the bar is going across, it will auto skip it really speeds up duping
Cade if you see this mad scientist is really good if u use pinch wacker you can also get final fur so if u got a glow basa necklace with mad scientist and final fury and another thing like crit and use the pinch whacker it’s over powered
Maybe do an explosive build. With lots of crit and maybe some bombs to aid with the explosions?

Imagine if they added a trader into the game.
Cade remember using globs and jewels (because you have all the max weapons now)
Your spiders are light blue and partly see through and the Broodmother's are normal.
for the Thorns build from what i understand is it ramps up, so in like New Game +7 its like the only thing that can kill the bosses
Oh cade by the way i don't know if it still works but if you duplicate a science cone, waffle, or crinkle, it resets the abilities like its a whole new item. I odnt know if it still works though. Hope you see this.

Cade you should upgrade the blazing edge and fresh edge they have finale fury like the acid edge
Putting the difficulty on Woah mode will increase the broodmother's damage (which will increase the thorns damage) so she'll die faster.

There will be no more updates to Grounded. Your Science Waffle will just have to get Hot Deposited.
Or you make your trinket chest unable to take deposits and just put the others in manually. That's what I do and it saved some annoyance 😂

Use fresh weapons against the infected ant when fighting them
You need to swap to woah mode so they do more damage to the summons and more damage tk themselfs if you want more tips go watch blitz’s newest vid

I kind of like the ant queens design it’s very unique
I seems to me the designers of the newer weapons must be really frustrated as i am too. They made them way underwhelming, likely affraid to allow over powered items.. better to let use used these newer weapons as the goto power houses they should have been then rebalance later, then to try them see how underwhelming they are and dispaly them away because better older gear outshines
The summon build is much better on new game plus 4 and up because the bosses do even more damage. but once you get to higher new game pluses, it will be very broken
Ey there a feature when u open a chest like the waffle one you can dissable hot deposit on those chests this will help with you accidentally hot depositing your active waffles
