Lovely to see you’re partner at last! Seems like a nice chap, methodical, calm & unflappable. (Even though you asked if he was feeling stress he didn’t seem so) . Good stuff, no histrionics, tempers tantrums nor foul language. You sound better Kayleigh 👏🏻👏🏻

Thank you 😊 he’s brilliant even if I do say so myself! Hehe I’m sure he’ll be on a lot more vlogs

The doggies look so happy! Congrats Kaylee on your boat improvements, you have to be a mechanic, plumber and electrician to live on a boat. I just bought a 50ft semi trad narrow boat, built 1996, in part thanks to seeing the straight forward and logical way you approach projects. Glad you’re well and look forward to the next video update.

I'm naturally an incredibly lazy person, so I'm always amazed by how hard you work on sprucing up your narrowboat!!

So sorry about the hitch at the end, I'm sure you'll get it sorted out. Top marks for having the bottle to tackle the job in the first place, don't think I'd like to do it. Best wishes.

The chances are that your skin tank needs bleeding, most of them have a bleed screw located on them, you could still wire the 240 side of it up for hot water.the 240 side is completely independent from the engine side.

Wow, your calorifier is a doddle to get at! Most are a nightmare. I must admit, I would have added a drain to the calorifer to make any further maintenance easier. And like others have mentioned, it seems you have an airlock in the engine cooling system which caused the overheating issue.

Air lock in the engine cooling by the looks Kayley,is there a bolt to bleed it

I obviously don’t have a scientific brain, you lost me with connectors, pipes and stuff, but hey, it was interesting to watch. Sorry your engine had a hissy-fit, possibly it was jealous and decided to get some attention! 🤣….. seriously, all the best and looking forward to seeing the continuing work 🔨

Probably need to bleed the air out of the system so only the water flows.
