1. Pomfret fish: 1KG
2. Red chili powder: 1/2 teaspoon
3. Turmeric: 1/2 teaspoon
4. Salt to taste
5. Lemon: 2 tbsp
1. Oil: 1/2 cup
2. Onion: 1.5 cup
3. Green chili: 5 Small size
4. Salt to taste
5. Red chili powder: 1/2 teaspoon
6. Turmeric: 1/2 teaspoon
7. Fresh coriander: 2tbsp

আমি একদমই নতুন রাধুনী! মাছ তেলে ভাজার সময় পাত্রে লেগে উঠে যায় ...... যদিও প্যানে প্রচুর পরিমাণে তেল থাকে তবু লেগে যাচ্ছে। এটা কেন হচ্ছে এবং এটা থেকে কিভাবে বাঁচা যাবে যদি বলতেন!!!! 😔
