      You can find that clip at the beginning of "Adam is Confronted About 18 Things at Once". First Nick mentions the breakfast sandwich fiasco, then they mention this Chaos incident, then Stav immediately says there's an even newer incident that was too embarrassing to even mention. It did sound like they were still talking about chaos, but I'm pretty sure Stav was saying there's a newer lie that we don't know about and it happened off mic shortly after an episode.

      @@thomaszampino6369 I wouldn't say it's purposely ambiguous, the author spent like two decades devoting his life to researching and uncovering as much as he could, and I absolutely appreciated he didn't make wild speculations and accepted we'll likely never know the whole story.
