I can honestly say yes for console. I hopped on 16 hrs before wipe and there was nobody on I was about 20 minutes into getting bps and got foundation wiped by a 50 man Zerg

Right before wipe, my main monthly server is like 60-90/350.. then on wipe day theres a queue to join again… but yes, good time to get bp’s as it doesnt wipe every month for my server.
