I loved the Rugrats when I was a little girl but I remember thinking throughout the entire movie, why are their parents not in trouble? I knew things happened to them before but i remember thinking the parents would be charged for neglect and wouldn't get them back. Man, Rugrats brings memories. I also got an animatronic Dill Pickles baby doll on Christmas that I loved taking care of.
