Dbt , please do what you said and tune the solution. I have actually won the car as well as a newer player who doesn't know if he should upgrade it. I'm going to, but I cant suggest a full upgrade just from the tle. I believe the car has supreme abilities if harnessed and driven properly. You may claim to be a mediocre driver but thats a butt load so please show us what I already know and that car has grip just needs practice. If you disagree I just want to see it. You drove it better than me on your 1st try so I spent 60 or so tle probably 100 but I really think it might be worthy. I'd appreciate your input. BTW I actually won the damn thing. I never win.

Class B master key has the Jaguar F-Type SVR and that's a 1592 car LOL. I believe you can still get it through there. AF9 will always remain in my heart that it was my first ever GP car i got from a9 (it was looper gp). The 911 GT3 RS Year of the Rabbit Edition might be telling you to get it during Lunar New Year so you can own it. Fordzilla fest, the first fest that was premium only, which eventually turn into Car Hunts, had that decal and man i love using it on my Fordzilla.
Ok time to compare both cars, 911 GT3 RS YOFRE and AF8 Falcon Edition
AF8: it's pretty decent to good. Nothing too special but just an decent good type cars with little or no flaws. It can survive most tracks on the most part. Very well balanced and i agree on that
911 GT3 RS YOFRE: OP but rare. Only flaw is triple tap duration. It drains super quick, giving it a 14.8 triple tap duration while PN is op, which is 8.8 (nitro value tested by PRIDE-Alps). This can survive on any track, including Tokyo Rev, the longest track in A8, bc PN duration is OP asf

Where’s the Arash AF9? I did managed to get the key back in the looper prix and I have mine at 3*. This car did helped me get my 2* Tushek in New Breed Rivals on Switch.

collect ur mp badges. u'll need it to buy good class s cars, or for fcs.. there's CCXR and Nevera
Like Manu said, collect the MP currency. Play your 10 races daily (or 20 total, 10 master season + 10 classic season), if not daily, whenever possible, and you'll start getting a decent chunk of MP badges. Don't spend them on parts or anything. Save save, and then you can buy any of the cars that are sold weekly in the MP store. You'll find cars of max rank from 1859 and 1860, and in general, there's a lot of good cars there, like the Koenigsegg One:1, Tushek TS 900 Racer Pro, Apollo IE. So it'll be up to you which one you like best.
You could also get the Terzo Millenio, since it's still sold for 3.2 million FuCs, and it will eventually change to 4 mil. It's not an AMAZING car, but it doesn't need to. It performs perfectly fine. Check the video I made on it recently
