Ok, hear me out, I say this advisedly. Instead of scaling back the project, let's get ambitious in a creative way. A wise man once said "make no small plans", so let's instead tie sports development with civic development. Let's RAISE the levy to 5/8c, half of which would go toward new facilities for both teams, and the other half toward 10,000 new affordable housing units. It addresses the legitimate concerns that the teams are sucking all the air out of the room while not shutting them out. Let them live or die together.
The Mayor is doing a great job turning Kansas City into the next New York, San Francisco, Oakland, and Baltimore.

Mayor Quinton Lucas is one of the hardest working mayors in America. He took a lot of flak for the teams to try to help his city and I respect that.. Proud to be a new resident!

ADOS Kansas City Missouri Native Checking in. I believe the political thermometer has been checked. Mazurians are paying attention to politics, which is a good thing. Bread and circus, like the chiefs and the Royals don't matter, the importance Is parts are investing in Kansas city natives. Migration/ immigration is more important in Bread and circus
