Its not gatekeeping its appreciating a form of art for its actual credit and accomplishments rather than the mainstream appeal, which like always, have been dumb downed to them. They think Euphoria is just about aesthetically pleasing colours and makeup when its a show that tackles so many serious themes that reflect post-modern youth on a dramatical scale.

I think the whole point of the show is to show how damaging they can be for a person and those around them. Sam was a former addict so this is his story, and I don’t think he suggesting normalising them quite the opposite I think

I swear this makes me feel high. I have never been high but the screen is moving and the music is slow I- I should not have watched Euphoria at such a young age. It literally gave me depression. I am doing much better now but I never wanted to get out of bed and I would never get sleep, never eat, and when I had to go pee I would hold it in till the episode was over.
