I know deep in my soul we are twin flames after 39 years of separating and finding each other again and again; but I also find myself doubting it occasionally because we still go months of separation without speaking after the last 8 years. I am sort of no contact, this morning i got on my computer and was panicked when I did not see my person on ANY socail media and for a few mintues felt so much dread, but later realized he had simply removed his picture and changed the usual name. So then later I went todo a little sunrise ritual I do for grasping energy from the sun, worked out, felt that I should not worry, came back, and saw that he had changed his picture to sunrise. Did not occur that this was a synchronicity until just now.
I attend church to connect to God more, gave up alcohol, became self aware and much more patient with my kids. I’ve embraced the tough emotional moments and have sat still to feel the pain instead of avoiding it. It’s painful but I’m growing and I embrace change. It hurts. Make sure to sleep and eat well. It was on the odometer in my car this week and it was in 2 different places on my work dashboard for google ads! The same number 55655. I have been practicing balance and i found myself actually having breaks from the constant thinking about Stan. I mean, he is still there in the back of my mind...that is constant, but i have had several "breaks" from the intensity. What is that about?
