Heya, I am a Chef who has been working in high end restaurants my entire life, I run daily with strength and conditioning with resistance bands....I would rarely eat takeaway dinners given my knowledge of what happens behind the scenes and the effect it has on your body and more importantly your gut and brain. Food purchased from local farmers markets is far better for you and you "will" notice a huge difference v's supermarket products....Good content on this channel.
@@tommynewell no dude, some people like it for running I think but in general it’s miles, e.g. road signs, speed limits, running pace and just generally what we would say. Admittedly it can be a bit of a mix
