There are some who post once a week or once every 2 weeks. there are others who post every couple of days and they look very skinny so I wonder about those too. Like I have binges every week or so and then I return to my normal diet and I dont see many weight changes except the first days because Im kind of swollen. If you binge every day or every couple of days you gonna most likely gain some weight because your body gets use to that amount of calories. unless you run for 12 hours every day which is impossible
I was craving chocolate cupcakes, but I also want to be healthier. So I made whole wheat chocolate cupcakes without frosting. Just organic whole wheat flour, sour cream and vanilla extract ,coconut sugar, Almond milk, and 100% unsweetened cocoa powder . So good *-*
