Sadly it doesn't look like EA did a darn thing to change the Pro mode other than a few things on ice. The same old agent with the same old conversations, same old challenges with the same old rewards. Glad to see you're back at Hockey though, gives me some NHL '24 to watch.
this game is a huge disappointment. The screens are the same, the intro to be a pro has been the same for 5 years.. they gotta also do someone like what 2k does.. allow for non hockey things and make it so you can explore and spend your money and spend your money on attributes. That would be cool and a big change
Oh you mean the scripted story that no matter how good you play says you suck? Or the grind to have a better rating be so bad it actively encourages you to spend on micro transactions? Nah I'm good. Do they need to change up the menus and cut scenes? Sure but they don't need to copy 2k
@@chriswilder9719 the scripted story line in BAP has been the same for 5 years. atleast the story (albeit annoying in 2k when your on your 4th of 5th play through) is different year to year. The level up system hasn’t changed at all and it takes twice as long to get your created player up there in level.

Sure you might be in the g league one year and college the next but once you are in the NBA the story is basically the same. You suck no matter how good you play. You were a long shot and the team should have drafted your "rival." Maybe you have a sick game maybe not. You constantly have self doubt no matter how good you play. Give me The Show's progression over 2ks or ea's
How do u like the pressure meter ? I love the whole system. But does it really need to be in our face taking up ice real estate? We’re smart guys no? We know when we’re under pressure LOL
Yes you can! So when creating your player for Be a Pro, in the player model options you can use the triggers on the controller to switch between male & female characters.
I do like Superstar when playing as the whole team. But in Be a Pro, the opposite team AI will score way too much even with you off the ice in my experience.
Nhl 21 is when they brought in the new be a pro. I personally play nhl 20 if I wanna do be a pro. It's more basic, and you can start as a 16 year old who's not a shit hot prospect under pressure.
This doesn't look like NHL 2019s Be a pro intro but then again that's the last hockey game I've played Why does this RUclipsr look like Jarred Fogle though

If I had a nickel for ever time a RUclipsr named Ryan played NHL. I'd have two nickels, which isn't a lot but it's weird it happened twice.

That is a great question. I am not sure on that actually. You can get moved down from the NHL, but not sure if you can get a game over screen.
